Plagiarism policy

The journal editorial board upholds the principles of academic integrity and reserves the rights to deny the publication should the text have the following:

  • plagiarism (distribution of scientific results received by other researhers as results of own research; word-to-word citing of published texts of other authors without pointing of authorship; usage of illustrations without specifying the sources; usage of data and materials, that are prohibited by the right holder to use without their permission);

  • self-plagiarism (reusing the information from earlier published own works without citing them);

  • compilation, overciting without proper analysis of the information sources if such textual copying is not substantiated by the purpose and goal of the article;

  • incorrect sources or incomplete bibliography preventing from their identification;

  • data and research results falsification.

The journal editorial board carries out a check for matches/identity/similarity in the texts by means of the Unicheck plagiarism check service.
